Jenny

Jenny is a yellow labrador and in true lab form, she has an incessant need to have something in her mouth.  If you can’t find a shoe, find Jenny.  If you can’t find Jenny, follow the trail of shoes.  She loves them!  Luckily, she doesn’t eat them.  She just carries them around and leaves them in strange places no where near to the partner.  She stayed with me for a few days and when she went back home I couldn’t find one of my slippers for love nor money.  When she came back again a few weeks later, the slipper re-appeared.  I made sure all my shoes were made up of pairs before she left after that visit…

She also loves to follow you around as she is like most dogs and doesn’t want to miss out on anything.  Especially if you are in the kitchen.  There’s food in there and it just might be for a certain dog!  This following around should mean that it is easy to take a photo of said dog.  Not quite so.  To take a good photo of a dog you need to be down on their level and as soon as you get down on your hunches to take a shot, she’s right there in the lens!  Hence the rather close up photo of Jenny.  And yes, there’s something in her mouth!
