Happy with what you hear? Then I will call round to meet you and your pet. We will go through a few questions which give me a better idea of the care you want for your pet and enables me to give the best possible service. This visit is free of charge. If it is dog walking that you want me to do, then I will ask that we go for a walk together so I get the chance to see how your dog is out of the home with you and learn what his routine is. You also get to see if your dog likes me.
Still happy with what you hear and now see? Then we will arrange the walks or visits and how I gain access to your home in your absence. If you want to give me your key, as other customers do, you can be safe in the knowledge that it will be kept safe and not with your address or dates that you are away from your home. I hold insurance that not only covers me while in charge of your pet, but also your keys.
